Facilities Rental At The Museum of Western Art

The Museum of Western Art is pleased to make its facilities available for group functions such as wedding receptions, catered dinners, business meetings, seminars, and other gatherings.   Unique in its beauty and architectural design and distinguished for the fine art exhibited, The Museum of Western Art will make a highly memorable and comfortable setting for your next upcoming special event.

Indoor Facilities

The Museum interior can comfortably accommodate 60 for a seated dinner in our foyer overlooking the patio and garden area, or 150 can be seated in the foyer and auditorium combined.

The Museum can accommodate 400 to 500 for a standing reception.

Outdoor Facilities

On our grounds, the recently dedicated, Masel S. Quinn Pavilion of the Western Art Academy is an open-air covered facility which can seat up to 450.

For a standing reception, the Pavilion can accommodate 500 to 550.

A small kitchen facility, as well as restrooms are located on-site at the pavilion.

Rules and Guidelines
In order to maintain the facilities in optimum condition, we have written rules and guidelines. We'll be happy to supply these at the time of facility rental.

Rental Fees
Our rental fees are a good value and competitively priced, but vary according to the specific arrangements you make for your special event. It is therefore impossible to accurately list costs on our website. Please contact our Tour and Event Coordinator and discuss your specific event needs so that your costs may be accurately assessed.
